International Delivery

We also deliver internationally. Delivery times and charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their own country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are collected by the courier or local authority on delivery.

Returns

Please review the details below before sending an item back to us.

Return window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Original packaging

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.

Tracked courier service

Returns must be sent using a tracked courier service so that we're able to confirm receipt of your parcel.

Return postage costs

Return postage is covered by us only when you've received the wrong item or a damaged item. In all other circumstances, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Credit Note

If an item in your order is out of stock on our end, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible.

Please reply to that email within 48 hours to let us know how you'd like to proceed. In this email, we're happy to offer you a credit note, a refund, or a replacement — whichever works best for you.

If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we'll automatically issue a credit note to your account. This credit note has no expiry date and can be used towards any future purchase.
