Orders When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times are calculated from dispatch, and processing may take longer during busy periods, weekends or public holidays.
Orders Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only make changes or cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been sent, the returns process will apply.
Delivery How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, we provide your tracking ID before dispatching your order. You can use the tracking ID to follow your parcel through the courier tracking service.
Delivery What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Please check your tracking updates first, as couriers may experience delays during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather or local service disruption. If you need further help after checking tracking, please contact our support team with your order number.
Delivery What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you spot an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery What happens if I miss my delivery?
Please follow the courier instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel where available. If a parcel is returned to us after a missed delivery, failed collection or refusal, we may issue a credit note after deducting delivery charges, courier return charges, handling costs and other costs we have incurred.
Delivery Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, international delivery is available for eligible destinations. Delivery times and charges are calculated at checkout according to the destination and parcel weight. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local VAT or courier handling fees that may apply.
Returns How do I start a return?
Start your return through your Beauty Queens Cosmetics customer account at account.beautyqueenscosmetics.com. Our returns team reviews requests before items are sent back. Please do not return an item until your return request has been accepted.
Returns Are returns free?
Returns are not free for change-of-mind returns, items no longer required or incorrectly ordered items. You are responsible for return postage unless we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the item has been confirmed as faulty. In eligible cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.
Returns How long does a refund take?
Once your accepted return has been received, it may take up to 10 days for the item to be inspected and for the refund to be processed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Returns Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, ponytails, hair-related products and opened or used beauty products are not eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. Electrical items can only be returned if there is a problem with the product.
Products What should I do if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and advise the next steps.
Products What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, we may contact you by email with available options, which can include a replacement, refund or credit note. Please reply as soon as possible so we can resolve the order without unnecessary delay.

Yes. Beauty Queens Cosmetics has stores across the UK as well as an online store. Store selection and availability can differ from online stock, so please contact a store directly if you need to check availability before visiting.
