Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Beauty Queens Cosmetics.
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must first submit your return request through our customer account portal:

Once we receive your return request, our returns team will review it. This may take up to 7 days.
Please do not send any item back before your return request has been accepted. If items are returned without approval, we may be unable to process the return and the parcel may be refused or disposed of.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as dispatched
We cannot accept items that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned in unsuitable condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns are not free unless the item was sent wrong, damaged, or confirmed faulty.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer require the product, or for any reason not caused by Beauty Queens Cosmetics, you are responsible for paying the return postage.
We only provide a prepaid return shipping label if:
- We sent you the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item is confirmed to be faulty
If your return does not qualify for a free return label, you must arrange and pay for the return postage yourself. We recommend using tracked delivery.
Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item:
- Wigs
- Ponytails
- Hair-related products
- Electrical items, unless there is a problem with the product
- Used or opened beauty products
- Items not in original condition
Return Postage & Free Gifts
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.
Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time.
Return postage costs are non-refundable unless your return is approved due to our error or a confirmed fault.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 10 days to inspect and process your refund.
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
No refund or exchange will be processed if the product is not returned, even if there is a quality issue.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
